It is her privilege to welcome families to a learning space that has grown through years of reflection, experience, and a genuine love for working with young children. With over thirty years in early childhood education, a Master’s in Education Management, and certification in Effective Parenting from Yale University, her professional journey has been shaped by a desire to better understand how children learn, communicate, and develop their sense of self.

Much of her learning has come from being present in classrooms—watching children explore, ask questions, solve problems, and build relationships. Her philosophy is influenced by Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, which values the many different ways children show understanding, as well as Friedrich Froebel’s emphasis on play, creativity, and meaningful engagement with the world around them.

She sees education as a shared process, where adults create supportive environments and children are encouraged to take initiative, express ideas, and build confidence in their abilities. Over the years, she has seen how early experiences grounded in care and thoughtful guidance help children grow into capable, curious, and considerate individuals.

She remains deeply committed to working with passionate educators and building strong partnerships with families, recognizing that these early years are a powerful foundation for a child’s lifelong learning and well-being.
