This training focused on the importance of Quality Circle Time as a key part of preschool daily routines. Teachers learned how to create engaging, inclusive, and meaningful circle time sessions that promote language development, social skills, and active participation among young children.
b. Integrated multiple learning styles
The training session introduced Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences and stressed the value of supporting varied learning styles in early childhood education. Participants examined the eight intelligences—linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic—and reflected on how these intelligences may emerge in young learners.
